The 2026 Mass Appraisal Valuation Symposium, held virtually on June 24–25, 2026, concluded successfully after two days of insightful presentations, engaging discussions, and international collaboration.

Hosted by IPTI and the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO), the symposium welcomed more than 200 attendees from around the world and focused on the theme, “Current Challenges and Opportunities for Mass Appraisal.”

The program featured expert speakers covering key topics such as state-of-the-art mass appraisal technology, practical valuation issues, cost data in mass appraisal, and valuation experiences and best practices from around the globe.

The strong participation and exchange of ideas highlighted the continued importance of collaboration and innovation within the assessment and valuation profession.
