Ziad is a Senior Appraisal and Market Specialist employed by the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) with over a decade of experience in property assessment and valuation. Collaborating within a team, he conducts market research and analysis to support the development of mass appraisal valuation parameters relating to retail and industrial mall asset classes. He has been a key contributor to numerous policies, directives, and research papers in addition to providing guidance and training throughout MPAC. He isan Accredited Member of the Canadian Appraisal Institute (AACI P. App.) and hasbeen accepted as an expert witness by the Assessment Review Board for hisappraisal of complex and high value property for assessment appeal purposes.
