A Professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. (MRICS). Mr. Felix is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor by profession with over twenty-five years’ experience in Professional Quantity Surveying, Project and Commercial Management. Mr. Felix has advised hotel owners on strategic development and expansion options in the Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Industry for over twenty years. His experiences are broad based with International, regional, and local components spanning various sectors.
