Her role involves the authenticationof all cadastral maps and plans and the supervision of all successful execution of critical infrastructure projectsthrough strong community engagement and fair processes.In previous senior government roles, Celsus managed majorpublic land portfolios, implemented policies to resolvelongstanding land disputes, and introduced innovativetechnologies to enhance operational accuracy andefficiency.
