Shardon is the Managing Director of CPM Consultants Ltco a Chartered Quantity Surveying practice in Kingstor Jamaica. With over 25 years of experience in Quantit Surveying and Cost Management services, Shardon ha navigated a diverse professional journey spannin Consultancy practices, private developers, and publi sector agencies across Jamaica, St. Lucia, Trinidad Tobago, and the United Kingdom. His primary focus lies i property development, with experience in various sector including commercial, residential, civic, hotels, education military and aviation industries. A member of the RICS sinc 2006, he is the current Caribbean Representative on th Americas World Regional Board. He is also a past Presiden of the Jamaican Institute of Quantity Surveyors (JIQS) and member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
