Ryan is a seasoned valuation professional and the Managing Director of TASC Property Appraisals Company Limited, a firm recognized for its commitment to excellence and integrity in property valuation and real estate consultancy across Jamaica. He holds an MBA in Construction and Real Estate from the University College of Estate Management(UCEM) and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). With extensive experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Taylor has developed a strong reputation for his analytical expertise, leadership, and dedication to advancing professional standards within the field. Mr. Taylor served as President of the local association, ALEVS, between 2019 and 2021. During his tenure, he introduced key reforms, such as the establishment of student membership, and represented the association on several public platforms and industry forums. In addition to his corporate leadership, Mr. Taylor serves as a Part-Time Lecturer at the University of Technology, Jamaica (UTech),where he contributes to the academic and professional development of aspiring valuation and real estate practitioners. He is also a Member of the Advisory Committee for the Real Estate Management and Valuation programme at UTech, offering guidance to ensure the curriculum remains relevant to industry standards. Mr. Taylor further extends his expertise as a Director of the Real Estate Board of Jamaica, where he plays a key role in the governance and regulation of the real estate profession. His combined experience in academia, professional practice, and regulatory service reflects a deep commitment to the advancement and integrity of Jamaica’s real estate sector.
