Russell is a Senior Appraiser and Market Specialist within MPAC’s Valuation, Research, and Advisory Services department. He specializes in mass appraisal model development for the multi-family portfolio and serves on the Shared Services team, providing vital technical and data support for all income-producing properties. With 16 years of mass appraisal modeling experience including nine years dedicated strictly to vacancy, expense, and CAP rate models. Russell brings deep technical expertise to the property assessment sector. Prior to joining MPAC, he built a strong foundation in commercial valuation as a fee appraiser. Russell is fully accredited with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
