Romach serves as the Qualifying Director at JCI Property Solutions Limited and has over 18 years of public and private sector experience in the fields of valuation and property management. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a graduate of the University of Technology, Jamaica, where he obtained qualifications in Valuation Surveying and Construction Management. He is a Council Member of the Association of Land Economy and Valuation Surveying, where he serves as Director of Disciplinary Action. He is also an Adjunct Lecturer at the Real Estate Training Institute. Romach is passionate about mentorship and dedicates considerable time to supporting students enrolled at the University of Technology, Jamaica, through his firm's partnership with the university's internship programme.
