Speakers and Panelists

Mr. Mullings, a registered professional Civil Engineer, is the currently the Managing Director of M & M Jamaica Limited, a Civil and General Engineering contractor with a thirty (30) year track record delivering successful projects across Jamaica. As a second-generation Engineer Contractor, he is passionate about Engineering and Construction issues that affect and/or contribute to national development. He is also a past council member of the Jamaica Institution of Engineers (JIE). Mr. Mullings holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of the West Indies and an MBA from the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Business and has over Twenty (20) years’ experience in the construction industry.
