Rebecca Vorstermans is Vice President of Stakeholder Relations and Communications at Property Valuation Services Corporation (PVSC), Nova Scotia’s property assessment authority. Since joining in 2014, she has held senior leadership roles in Human Resources, Business Intelligence, and Corporate Development. With expertise in public relations, change management, and governance, she brings strategic insight and a collaborative approach to leadership.
