With more than 35 years of experience in commercial, civil, and residential construction, he has led Fresh Start to become one of Saint Lucia's leading construction firms, known for delivering successful projects involving roads, bridges, walls, and land developments. Under his leadership, the company has strengthened its financial position and expanded its operations to help address Saint Lucia's housing shortage through innovative design/finance/build initiatives and affordable residential developments across several communities, including Talvan, Garrand, Choc, Monchy, Cap Estate, and Babonneau.
