Peta-Gaye serves as Vice President of Real Estate atSagicor Group Jamaica, a post she’s held since March 2025. She is anaccomplished construction and real estate professional with experience inconstruction management, project development, real estate investment, landacquisitions, and project finance.

Known for her hands-on leadership style, attention todetail, and strong execution focus, Peta-Gaye has played a key role in thedelivery and oversight of high-profile projects while building strongstakeholder relationships locally and internationally.

She also serves as a Director for the Jamaica DevelopersAssociation, contributing to the advancement of real estate development andconstruction standards in Jamaica.

Peta-Gaye also brings significant U.S. experience, havingmanaged projects for top construction companies in the Southeast United Statesand overseeing projects totalling more than US$1 billion over the span of adecade.

Peta-Gaye holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction &Operations Management from the University of Florida.

In her current role, she leads across real estate investmentmanagement, property services, development, leasing, and asset performance forSagicor Group Jamaica, bringing international experience and a commitment tomentorship to Jamaica’s real estate sector.
