Neil Romany joined Raymond & Pierre in 1985 as a temporary messenger and within one (1) year he was promoted to a Technical Assistant, with the responsibility for manually gathering and collating comparables. He later developed the firm's electronic comparables database. Mr.Romany went on to complete his Diploma in Valuations with the RICS in December 2008 and qualified as a chartered surveyor in June 2020. He was subsequently appointed a Director in October 2021 and is responsible for Valuation sperformed in Tobago and Central and South Trinidad. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Institute of Surveyors of Trinidad and Tobago from 2013 to 2018. He is most proud of being the father of triplets.
