Myke is a commercial valuator working in the public sector and specializing in income-producing properties. With over 20 years of experience, he works as an expert witness, preparing reports for litigation, tax disputes and audit.

Prior to his work at the federal level, Myke worked at MPAC where he managed the Investment-Grade Assets team, providing strategic valuation and assessment expertise across diverse asset types, and spearheading valuation directives that shaped industry best practices. He has also held advisory positions in professional services firms such as Deloitte, Equitable Value and PwC.

Myke is an accredited appraiser with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
