Martin is a seasoned construction manager with over 30years of industry experience. He currently serves as the Managing Director of Renee Construction, a well established firm that has operated in Saint Lucia for more than 42 years and expanded into Dominica six years ago. Throughout his career, Martin has led a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple sectors, working under various forms of contract. He holds a Master’s-level qualification and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). He is currently transitioning from the In corporated to the Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and is also a candidate with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Additionally, Martin is a trained mediator and is on the roster of the OECS Supreme Court. Martin has actively contributed to both local and regional professional organizations. He is acurrent member of the Construction and Engineering Technical Committee of the Saint Lucia Bureau of Standards and has previously served on the CARICOM Regional Standards Committee for the Construction of Houses.
