Katie is a Chartered Surveyor with over 22 years of professional experience across both the public and private sectors. She recently stepped into the role as Assistant Chief Valuer at the Valuation Office Agency (VOA). Prior to this, she was a Programme Manager within the VOA’s Next Gen Rating programme, leading the delivery of new customer-facing journeys as part of Business Rates Reform, helping to create more accurate, transparent and trusted valuations.
