John Fenwick, spent the early part of his career working in the prairie provinces doing environmental consulting, reclaiming oil lease well sites and doing ecological surveys. He made his switch from the private sector to government with (SAMA) Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency, where he worked as an appraisal agrologist, valuing farmland and mapping soils. Later he earned a second degree in agriculture and a CAE credential with the IAAO. John currently lives in Ontario working with (MPAC) Municipal Property Assessment Corporation as a senior appraiser and market specialist. John presently works mostly with high level analytics, research and mapping using the R coding and QGIS systems.
