Jack joined the Valuation Office Agency as a graduate in September 2020 and successfully completed the Assessment of Professional Competence to become a member of RICS in 2022. Since then, he has worked on the defence and revaluation of non-domestic rating lists, including producing valuations of offices in Bristol where he lives. Eighteen months ago, Jack moved within the VOA to the Utilities, Transport and Telecommunications team where his work includes the valuation of power generation hereditaments.
