Mrs. Pic art, Commissioner of Land Valuations, is the Senior Director with responsibility for the Land Valuation Division of the National Land Agency. She is a graduate of University of Reading and the UTECH’s diploma course in Land Economy & Valuation Surveying. Mrs. Pic art is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, having being a member since 2006. She has over 25 years’ experience in property valuation (mass appraisal and fee-based valuations). She is an ex officio member of the Land Taxation Relief Board, an appointed member of the Land Utilization &Development Commission, and a past Lecturer at the University of Technology.
