Haydn is a Director, Property Tax with PwC and has 15 years’ experience in municipal assessment and mass appraisal industry and most recently in the private appraisal industry. In his current role as a Director at PwC, his portfolio includes the real property valuation and appeal consultation for retail, industrial, mining, office, special-purpose, large vacant industrial and commercial sites, redevelopment lands, and multi-family properties. Haydn has provided valuation opinions for a wide range of properties in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario for a variety of purposes. He obtained his AACI and Diploma of Urban Real Estate from the University of British Columbia / Appraisal Institute of Canada and holds a B.A. in Geography (Urban Studies) from the University of Victoria.
