Evelyn has over 20 years of policy experience, having served in various Singapore government ministries prior to joining the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) in 2015. She was appointed to the senior management team in 2017, where she led strategic planning, human resources and capabilities development, as well as corporate communications. Currently as Assistant Commissioner of the Property Tax Division, she oversees the administration of Property Tax and Stamp Duty. Ms. Khoo is also the Chief Valuer of Singapore.
