Donna, CAE, AAS, PPS, ASA, MMAO, CPA, Esq., and Certified General Appraiser, is the Equalization Director of Muskegon County, Michigan, as well as the assessor for 16 municipalities within the county. Donna has 33 years of experience in assessment administration. She previously served as the Equalization Director of Newaygo County as well. In addition to assessing, Donna is an attorney, CPA, and Certified General Appraiser, and she also holds IAAO and ASA designations. Ms. VanderVries has been an educator for more than 30 years. She has taught college-level courses at various institutions in law, tax, accounting, and assessor education through MAA, STC, and other organizations.
