Carmelo Lipsi is the Chief Valuation and Operating Officer at MPAC. As a valuation professional with more than 30 years in property assessment, Carm leverages his broad range of experience in operations and strategic development to lead the delivery of products and services to property owners and municipalities across Ontario. He is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of property assessment products and services to Ontario’s 5.7 million properties. Carm is an accredited member of the Institute of Municipal Assessors, holding an M.I.M.A. designation.
