Beau Rossel has been the Manager of Appraisal Modelling at BC Assessment (BCA) for the past four years and is one of the primary leaders of the Mass Appraisal Process and its evolution at BCA. Beau has worked with many property types during his 19 years at BCA, from residential to commercial & industrial to strata to farms. He works in the Prince George office and collaborates with a team and department dispersed across every corner of BC. He is a coordinator of cross-divisional projects, and facilitator of mass appraisal and leadership education for the organization. Beau is extremely proud to contribute to one of the highest quality assessment rolls in the world, with his team generating the preliminary values of over 1.8 million properties each year.
