Anita is a fellow chartered surveyor with over 30 years of experience in rating and valuation matters, with expertise in developing computer systems to enhance the efficiency and consistency of rating assessment work as well as applying computer-assisted mass appraisal techniques in assessing properties to rates. Anita is also well versed in data science and geospatial analytics. She has actively been taking forward various property technology solutions to drive innovative digital transformation for property valuation, enhance customer-centric services and re-engineer business processes to improve the public services provided by the department.
