Aneta is a PhD in the Institute of Spatial Management and Geography on Faculty of Geoengineering University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. She is an author of a number of scientific articles that deal with the methodological problems of property market analysis especially in terms of property features significance, role of information on property market and behavioral aspects of residential buyers' decision-making. She is an author of original Group on Gender Equality, influencing pragmatic governance approaches. Committed to professional service, Diane is a Trustee of LionHeart, introducing global ambassadors to support surveyors' wellbeing. Her leadership within RICS includes two terms on Governing Council during pivotal transformation. Diane holds a Doctorate in Land Policy Planning & Integrated Coastal Management and a BSc in Land & Property Management. She is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an accredited member of the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution
