Alex is a Partner at JEC Property Consultants and currently serves on the RICS Cayman Chapter board. He has over 15 years of experience in the property industry.

A graduate of Bond University with a Bachelor of Property and Sustainable Development, majoring in Valuation, Alex previously worked with global property consultancy JLL and Herron Todd White, Australia’s largest valuation and advisory firm. His experience spans residential and commercial property, providing valuations and advisory services to a wide range of corporate and government clients.

Alex relocated to the Cayman Islands in 2018 after a decade working in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast. He is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS and AAPI), Registered Valuer and previously operated as a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Australia.
