Vice Secretary General, China Appraisal Society
Mr. Yue is the Vice Secretary General of the China Appraisal Society and President of the Technical Committee. He is a native Chinese speaker and fluent in English. He has held many senior positions with the China Appraisal Society, including Assistant Researcher and Vice Director of the state-owned Assets Administration Bureau as well as the Director of the Valuation Centre, Director of Training Department, Director of the Administrative Department. He has been Vice Secretary General of the CAS since 2004.
