IPTI is pleased to announce that it has appointed two new Members to its Board of Advisors.
They are Roy Kelly who is Professor of the Practice of Public Policy Studies, Sanford School of Public Policy, Duke University and the Director of the Program on Fiscal Decentralization and Local Government Financial Management. Previously, he spent 19 years with Harvard University at the Kennedy School of Government, the Harvard Institute for International Development (HIID), and the Harvard International Tax Program teaching local government finance, tax analysis and project evaluation.
Our second new Board Member is Dr Samuel Jibao who is the Revenue Advisor to the Ministry of Finance in Sierra Leone. He is also an Associate Lecturer at Njala University in Sierra Leone and a Senior Lecturer at the African Tax Institute, University of Pretoria, South Africa. Dr Jibao is also a Research Director at the Centre for Economic Research and Capacity Building in Sierra Leone.
