IPTI, in partnership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Americas and Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, present an international conference focusing on the Potential of the Property Tax For Local Revenue Mobilization. The conference will be conducted at the Melia Jardim Europa in  Sao Paulo, Brazil on August 22-23, 2012. Immediately following on August 24th are two consecutive workshops:

• Workshop 1 – Comparative Property Tax Law (Chair: Omar P. Domingos)
• Workshop 2 – Modern Property Assessment Systems: Mass Appraisal Models and Geospatial Analysis (Chair: Claude M. de Cesare)

Fees & Registration

Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations received 15 days prior to conference will be charged 25% administration. No refunds for cancellations received after this date. Substitutes are welcome.
