Managers and supervisors who attend this course will have a better understanding of how to set realistic quality goals for assessment products, oversee audits of process and product, how CAMA can have a positive affect on fiscal responsibility, how CAMA impacts employees, how to provide appropriate staff training, plan and administer the necessary transitions. In addition, attendees will be given sufficient knowledge of the workings of CAMA systems to be able to manage a complete assessment administration without the need of becoming a CAMA expert or model builder.
